It looks like she's had a full-face fat transfer to add volume and probably a recent facelift of which she is still recovering from.
Re the fat transfer - some doctors add too much (overfill) as the fat often dissolves and only a little bit stays. But, whatever does take, you have for life and if you put too much or put it in the wrong place, you are stuck with it. It also gets larger if you happen to gain weight, which is also possible here.
