Slow and steady. Dr. Jack Kruse says redox before you detox. I trust it’s important but don’t fully comprehend. If you don’t have a good binder in your protocol and/or detox pathways are blocked (sluggish lymph, not enough BMs, etc) the metals you pull will redistribute and wreak havoc. Not discouraging, just cautioning. I haven’t done anything yet for this reason.
