The first time I heard about the story was yesterday. Its possible the person who released the story has since died.

Thinks have indeed changed. Q plan would not have succeeded, or even reached to this point today, if the heads of any of the malicious families were still alive today.
My theory is that some of the 13 families were actually good folks who wanted Humanity to ascend, and they took out the rest of the families.
The end goal was not just freedom - because when you just take out tyrants, they are quickly replaced by other tyrants - but to ensure that we will never have tyrants anymore.
How can this be done? To free our minds and to let use fully grasp how the world works and what exactly Evil is and how to live such that we never let the Evil sneak back in.
So that was the Q plan. Take out the heads of the dragon. Allow the puppets to believe they can still win, and let them take us to the abyss but make sure there are guardrails so that at the precipice the world can wake up and find the will to change.
Bill Gates seems like an irredeemable demon and not human. I wonder how many "nonhumans" have actually been deployed in human form against us? It seems like hundreds at least. He may be connected to the 13 families or the next tier down.
