Could be. But except for universities, where are they located? There aren't any Chinese auto factories here. You thinking of the illegal pot farms?

I am sure Chinese illegals have been hired in far more nefarious than auto factories. Think mail in ballots, CCP police stations and things like that. Oh, and universities as well.
