You may have a point. Good catch! Some time ago, my ISP had DNS issues so I swapped one of theirs for one from Google to hedge my bets. I have just changed that back and I do not need to switch off tracking now.

I also use uBlock Origin. Among other things, it saves all those pesky ads in YouTube!

I know what you mean about Windows. I have installed Linux on a spare laptop but I seem to be rather attached to a stack of Excel macros so I still use Windows for the time being.
