That's not what the Bible meant by blasphemy against the holy spirit... The spirit is the essence of God. If you KNOW the holy spirit, and then CHOOSE to deny it, then you've knowingly turned your back to God. Thats what the Pharisees did, and it's why Jesus rebuked them so and whipped/kicked them out of the temple. He also went after those doing usury to scam the poor
and I just feel the limbic system is part Holy Spirit and to override it is to delete an important part of the human soul. Do you think those that don't believe in the Trinity are destined for hell? I wonder...
No, I mean like if you KNOW the spirit and CHOOSE to deny it. By that I mean, God reveals himself to you in a way that is impossible to deny, and you choose to deny anyways... You are turning your back from God while knowing he's real... Not just belief, you know, and choose to turn toward Satan instead...
Imagine someone meeting you for the first time, and they shake your hand, and immediately say they want nothing to do with you... Would you forgive that?
I get what you're saying, and I agree. I'm against a lot of human modifications we do. I'm against playing God. I will probably never digitize my consciousness, because that's playing God. I'm choosing not to die... But honestly, I don't feel like thats unforgivable, because that could be the result of being misguided.
