Does anyone know if a patient can demand blood put into their body be tested/purified first, or ask for use of non-vaxed donors' blood?

You can deny a transfusion. It’s one of the pre op question you either say yes or no to. If it’s elective surgery you can also give your own blood before the surgery in case it’s needed.
