2 red stripes that act as representation of the twin towers and the number 11
Even the short red strip under the stars helps form the image of the number 9
Also the smoldering eyebrows coming out of the red stripes

For the newbies. We talked about this image a lot when it first came out.
There are 10 stars (one on his upper eyelid) and 7 stripes. (if going red stripe to red stripe like Old Glory) 10+7=17
Note that the round area around his nose and the fold of his left cheek looks like a "Q".
From left to right it goes from dark to light.
