If you watch the video, the Black man sitting directly across, knew what just happen, and instead of helping her, he immediately gets up and while running pass her, looks at her and continues to run. If it is was a Black girl, would he not want to help her? What we're seeing is a race war, but the only ones doing the killings are the Blacks.

However in this case, none of the people had any chance to stop that quick sudden attack. It was over in less than 5 seconds.
