I agree that this is not about feeding a race war. It is too polarizing. A war with 15% of the population fighting over 50% of the population is not going to last long, and will not serve the ends of the cabal. The cabal would rather have the 15% allied with some large portion of the other group go at the remaining portion, which is how things have stood until now.
Focusing on this senseless act of hate can't help but pull a big part of the white "deserters" back to their ethnic roots, making the warring sides more uneven. It could however, help bring about the demand for very surveillance predicted by u/thephantom1979.
