I am very interested in the details as to why he was suspected and arrested. It seems clear now, he had no gun. Was he involved in some other way? I don't know
In the video it sounded like he was pleading the fifth. I believe he was a distraction so that the actual shooter could get away. This was definitely a team and coordinated effort.
