Im willing to hear this guy out because I think Charlie would have. But should his answer not suffice we anons will dig up everything on this guy. He had enough courage to identify himself, I can try and let him explain himself since he was also close to the incident. Who know we might learn that this guy is a substance abuser and did it to troll Charlie during his turn to speak or something.
