200y cold bore from an elevated position = no dope, no drop. Your basic 13 yo old hunting could make that shot.
What's a profesional? What makes you think it's a pro?
I can think of another 10 things I'd do, to divert, create a useful idiot, patsy etc.
That's just off my mil experience.
Im still letting this register and trying to evaluate. I would attach the pro tag to this just yet.
What you perceive to be the pro, might just be the distraction.
That's what a real pro is.
Id be more concerned about the hat tips, and subtle motions we see in vids. Pros arent getting viewed on camera as they exfil.
The person had to pre-plan where the event was taking place in order to line up a shot. How to get onto the building... How to get off the building... Hit the shot and escape. The amount of planning involved to pull this off isn't some amateur... This is someone who has been trained. Clearly a professional.
