So, firstly, I didn't see it as you asking the question, but rather as the X.com OP asking the question, and you were simply posting this to the board as a noteworthy post and a question worth asking.
My comment was NOT in reference to you AT ALL. You came across this post on X (I assume) and posted it here for our consideration. Nothing wrong with that, if you ask me.
My question about "how, after 7 years of Q, there are so many truthers and so-called 'awake' people who simply fall again and again for confirmation bias a...." was made in reference to the many comments I've just read in the last 2 hours, not even asking 'how is this possible?' but instead declaring confidently that it happened because the author publisher knew about the assassination and this publication is part of a much grander conspiracy to psyop us all.
I mean, that's possible, but I don't think people reach that conclusion instantly via critical thinking or research, but simply because it confirms what they already believe about everything.
The OP's question is a valid one. The overly confident knee-jerk responses that simply go "see? Proof!!! It's all one giant conspiracy!!!" are not valid responses. They are, in my opinion, far too easy and unreasonable. Dig first, then analyze.
So, hey, comon fren. We're veterans now. You and I have been contributing here for a long time. I think I know your massive contribution here, enough to have some decent respect.

That said, I mean, dang. I try NOT to be condescending, but maybe criticizing some frogs or online anons for not even thinking about the question and instead just going with confirmation bias IS being condescending. I don't mean it to be.
And, I generally try hard to NOT convey that sense. In any case, it's usually never personal, and more of a general comment on certain segments of our peer group. We have to be able to self-criticize, if we want to improve, right?
