On the full vid video you can see the flash in the window at the early part of the 0:25. But it's not until the later part of the 0:25 second that Kirk moves. At that distance the reaction would have been much sooner.
Another thing against this take, is the fact there were people standing right there, oblivious to it.
It could possibly have been a muzzle flash reflecting off the window from the gun shot on the roof. But it could also be a camera flash.
Plus IF one had a gun in the shape of a cell phone no one would be expecting anything other than a cell phone, so the idea that the person standing a few feet from you is actually shooting a gun probably doenst even register on a subconscious level.
If the bullet path is not directly to his chest, this is bunk. He was wearing armor…the trauma plate deflected the bullet up into his throat. If this is not your point, please forgive me.
Why do people keep saying he was wearing armor? In the more clear photos and videos you can see an emptying of his nipples. I have several vest with and without plates, even the most concealable ones are very hard to not notice under a Tshirt like he was wearing. I have soft armor that is very concealable and mine also accept plates, under a button up shirt it’s easy to hide, under a normal Tshirt the outlines are pretty easy to see especially around the shoulder area and while sitting down. Plates don’t just “deflect” bullets up like that. Often times they cause the bullet to mushroom and drop down, not go up.
I think that the bullet didn't ricochet off that armour, but entered below his right ear and the wound you see on the throat in this pictures is an exit wound, not an entry wound. That's also why the blood came out that way IMO.

I'm not at all convinced about the ricochet theory. Not at all.
Also, Charlie falls to his left, his head does not fly up from a ricochet from a bullet from his left.
Rooftop shooter was Oswald (patsy) and pro sniper was on the side where the flash is seen?? Might be….?… How many other snipers were hidden amongst the crowd a’la JFK?

No I think we are being fooled by an actual elaborate plan. SImilar to that of JFK and many other high profile assassinations.

Looks like the wrong angle to me. The bullet trajectory, straight line, doesn't look like it could match the impact.

That flash and reaction is more consistent than the guy being on the roof that far away.
