Yes, but kickoff, zero day, and zarutska all sound the same to me. So I can't tell if this is more about the money, the military, or both.
Hey, speaking of kickoffs. Did anyone catch the Patriots/Dolphins game? I only saw the 4th Quarter and it seemed loaded with the comms. All sorts of ridiculous implausible plays, many featuring kickers or kickoffs with number comms and special player names. I didn't think to write it all down but Washington was involved.
Is there someplace where NFL decodes aren't ridiculed?
I don't personally feel like I know much of anything. It's all pattern matching and guesswork, and not in a domain where I have any experience to fill in the gaps.
I think there is a lot of uncertainty about what it means, but I certainly noticed this. There is a Q post that suggests 11.3 pertains to Kevin Clinesmith, but I don't see any significant action related to him, like I do here with Charlie Kirk. Others say it pertains to Law Of War Manual Chapters and sections. Still, others pointed to a recent software version update on X (twitter) v11.3. So, not a lot of certainty, plus double meanings exist. Could multiple meanings exist? I don't know. But, of all the 11.3s that we've seen so far, this one lines up with post 34 the best.
The post that lines up with Kevin Clinesmith, may be meant to lead us to understanding that 11.3 are initials, but then again, I can only speculate.
(K)irk, (C)harlie =[K][C] =[11][3] = 11.3? (Q posts 34 & 35)
Trump also just mentioned KiCKoff rules, which sounds a lot like 11.3 begins.

That does sort of read like some kind of strategic communication, doesn't it!?

Interesting. I didn't see it. I'd say post it here, since we are talking comms and "Go'es"
Do we know 11.3 only happens once, or if it’s a repeating event call?

Sorry.
I know that feeling.
