He was ordered to a psychiatric facility to be evaluated for 60 days to see if he is fit to aid in his own defense to stand trial. If not, he will be kept in a mental facility until he is fit to stand trial. Either way he is going to be locked up for life.

They are trying to find ways to release him again; I'll bet.
We shall see. This time it is too public, he is getting federal charges as well, sweeping this under the rug is nearly impossible at this juncture.

If he has been released, that means the justice system has failed. To me that means vigilante justice is the next step to ensure this evil POS gets the justice he deserves. I'm hoping it happens.
