Is there a conflict of interest in a judge appointed by a governor, sentencing, with prejudice, a county clerk who is attempting to preserve, in accordance with federal law, the voting data that elected the governor, who is being prosecuted by an AG who was elected by that voting data, for disobeying the orders of an SoS she was running against?
