I was a developer stuffed in a cubicle under florescent lights writing code years ago...
Now I use computers as a tool for other things...on my terms
My advice would be to watch every video you can on Excel and your other software as much as you can. The learning NEVER STOPS with technology...it has a shelf life. That's the nature of the game.
Few computer professionals will tell you that in order to stay current, you often have to go home from work and study in order to "do your job tomorrow".
Repetition is the key - use it or lose it. Nobody was born knowing how to do anything on a computer... so you can throw all the superstition about "not being good with a computer" in the trash... Getting good takes dedication to learning and persistence until you get it. Then the breakthroughs happen - as long as you don't give up!
There are 10 types of people in this world: Those who understand binary & those who don't. 😁
Beware of the Cartesian product! (For the "Sequel" geeks) 😁

Yeah, it's like you gotta work OT for free.
It's too bad medical doctors don't have to keep up on new stuff.
I know... it's not just doctors that aren't even present when they finally come into the room...oh look everybody, the prince has graced us with his presence...up, no wait...now he's opening up a laptop and has his face in the matrix... and... he's gone.
I don't put those fkers on a pedestal any more than a plumber these days. They're shit...they don't even check drug interactions. Total whores...
But what else is new? It's par for the course now to be well informed so you can make sure these so called "professionals" are doing what they're supposed to in every situation because if they screw up, YOU are the one holding the bag ...a brown bag... with grease stains on it ...no, not cheeseburgers in there....cold, cold dog shit

Exactly...
Afaik ALL doctors have to do "continuing education credits" every year to maintain their license...
It irritates me when I go into a doc office and know more about medical related subjects than they do.

TaQo spot on, same with everything , brake jobs , flooring, relationships, all take dedication and persistence.
I'm typing this with one finger repetitiously with no dedication to learning how :)
