Which will be overturned in short order. Those judges have no authority and are not legal anyway. They follow British law (maritime) which has been replaced by common law. All judges will now be trained in Constitutional law before appointment.
No, that's wrong. The so-called Constitutional law they claim to follow is nothing but corporate statutes masquerading as law. The UNITED STATES is a corporation registered in Delaware, not a lawful government. Judges are nothing more than administrators of commercial contracts under maritime/admiralty jurisdiction, which has nothing to do with sovereign men and women. I have not consented to contract with their system, and unless they can produce a valid contract with my wet-ink signature binding me to their corporate codes, they have no authority over me. Common law jurisdiction belongs to the people, not corporate actors in black robes. We don't want to expand the power of these judges, we need to put them back in their box, only making rulings on corporate disputes.
