82 WUT? Catch 22! Incandescent bulbs with pleasant light were banned. They could be disposed of in the trash. We were forced to buy the very ugly spiral fluorescent light bulbs with harsh light, that we cannot put in the trash but have to recycle responsibly, but community recycling won't take them!! I tinted my windshield because of it. I used to flick my brights at the oncoming cars but today's drivers don't know what that means apparently.
That's because most of today's drivers are foreigners.
