I have an encrypted password keeper on a jump drive. I only have to remember the one password to get into the program. I've had it since the early 2000s. It's called Pass32. And of course it's no longer in the Playstore, darn it. Sorry. I guess there are others out there. I wish I could be more helpful.
Everyone should have a password manager, I use Enpass. It allows me to generate unique strong passwords for every site and store them in on safe place.
It syncs to all my devices because I have it on my home server. So I will never forget a password. It also informs me if any of the site I use have been reported as being hacked.

A few years ago, everybody was logged out. I'd you didn't know your password, you had to make a new account we. We lost alot of Pepes that day.
Did you happen to write it down and stick it in a book on your shelf that you haven't looked thru in years?
Check old devices or browsers that may have auto saved it. Even if it is just a row of dots you can count them and it may be a clue. 🤔
FYI for anyone looking for their password. I just checked my browser saved logins and found it saved under the
authentication.windomain.Just do what I do I make it "password", I don't forget it! Ohhh shit, pretend nobody saw that!!
