So the photo was posted to Hillary's twitter page on Oct 15th 2018 and 138 days later Q used it in drop 2197.
Where is u/johntitor17 with the Q clock. I am curious if these dates line up somehow.
Eggzacerly. The mistake assumption is that the banner got changed AFTER Q dropped, which appears not to be the case at all!
