Yea, apparently the plane is CIA, part of the HADES program, for surveillance and eventually launching drones. But if this all true then eventually has come.

Q team/Space Force/etc would know if a ISR HADES CLOWN Aircraft was up circling and being ridiculous tho. That's why it's strange.
They would know. So then the question I would have to ask is did they allow things to go down, are Kash et al creating a narrative around this, because they need the DS etc to exhaust their different methods or something.
