I want to agree with you, but that conflicts with one of the foundational principals which is antigen-antibody precipitation, which is used at industrial scale. Also this is how they “verify” which infection you have…

At least thats what they say, and they do lie alot

Those antegens are built on the results of the immune system finding something to fight off. They identify what is being fought. The lymphocytes dont care what the foreign body is until it contacts it and antigens are produced.
