Doctors in the UK presume it's some brand name for the drug in the USA, not realising the truth is simply that paracetamol and acetametophen are regional generic designations for the same formulas.
Tylenol may have additives that don't exist in the other regions, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're using some of the same chemicals as additives
