BIBLE TIME: Charlie's murder was a violation of God's divine order, not Erika Kirk's... She sinned against God by forgiving him without his repentence. No theologian would have agreed with the outrageous suggestion that we unconditionally forgive those who abuse and murder our family members.

“For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:14-15
The OP is a wicked and vicious man and will receive the recompense he deserves according to the scriptures unless he repents
Easy now. Remember to have a spirit of gentleness. The first part of this reply was enough.
Jesus also said:
John 20: 23
Same verse, different version:
Is Jesus being contradictory here? I don't think so. The idea is - sin is like a debt, you can choose to remit it, or you can choose to retain it. (remit has the idea of canceling a debt)
If it is a sin against you personally, that should be remitted.
If it is a sin against God, that may be retained if there is no repentance:
Here is a case where Peter does not remit a sin, and explains why:
