The hexagram is not a symbol of Saturn worship because it is not the star of Remphan. The star of Remphan was some symbol of Chiun-Saturn in the 8th century BC, a millennium before there were hexagrams in Israel.

The sabbath was the seventh day long before that day got associated with Saturn by the Romans.
