I'm sorry, but I'm not "feeling it" with the Last of the Mohicans song. It's kinda draggy. Now I'd say "Enter Sandman" or something from the Rolling Stones would be more upbeat.

"Fortunate Son" would be a good one. Any of the Vietnam-era songs would, but yeah, not Last of the Mohicans, although it is a great tune and a great movie.
