I guess I goofed again. Jordan annexed it, but the international community didn’t recognize it. Then Israel got it back with the war in ‘67.

Since I am a firm believer that borders are determined almost always by wars, the West Bank is part of Israel. So what President Trump said confuses me more. I will have to wait for clarification.

War is not wrong, but peace is strongly preferred. Sometimes war is the solution. Certain wars in the Bible, the Revolutionary War, etc.
