I’m from Jefferson Iowa. My dad and RW were good friends as teenagers racing cars and chasing girls. I spent a couple days a week drinking White Russians in Randy’s garage or riding motorcycles together in 94-95. He was at my parents house about once a week back then. I know all of his family. His sister and nieces babysat me. I dated another niece. We had the same US Probation Officer. The only difference there was the PO came to my house for visits but RW had to meet him at the police station.
