I think this is wishful thinking unfortunately. Too many people won't be able to afford to resist.
I'd bet at most 20% of the population refuses. Maybe that's enough, maybe not...
It's entirely wishful thinking and gives way too much credit to the brits. They'll sell out their country to third world hordes so they can watch "footy on the telly." They're a soft people who will swallow anything and the ones that aren't soft have room temp IQ. The communities banding together is a hilarious pipe dream as well. "Oh, the mosques will help the needy." Please, the parasites that make up the mosques will be the first in line to make sure their government gimme's keep flowing.
The bit where unemployment and pension benefits stop but the solution is churches and mosques with fruit and veggies in them, is where I turned it off.
