It's hard to win that battle in the best of circumstances. It's even harder when the V.A. is involved. I know from personal experience. And, with the V.A. sponsoring and conducting studies on how different meds, when taken together along with SSRIs, interact with a Vet's mind, it's a better than fair chance that both of these men were on multiple meds including at least one SSRI.
