How did Robert Kennedy land on our side? Wow, even though I don't like the Democrat side of life, Kennedy certainly is a man who has good ideas that I can stand with. Eerie how he has moved towards the center because his party keeps moving waaaay left. This is one man whom President Trump has enlisted to run a massive agency, and yet his politics makes me scratch my head. He is a good choice and I'm glad he is speaking out against the machine.
He has picked up the mantle of his uncle - a true moderate Democrat that was concerned about personal liberty. A far cry from where the Democrat party is today. More and more moderate Dems are realizing that their party no longer represents their interests and are leaving - just like RFK. They may not be fully onboard with the Republican Party, but they certainly will not side with the Democrat Party any longer.
The Republicans are also in transition from what has been establishment GOP to something different - American first and MAGA. I was a Kennedy Democrat myself at one time and left when it started shifting too far left and Communist. It looks nothing like the Party did back when Kennedy was in office. Unfortunately, the Party died with him and Bobby. The Republican Party also has shifted over time and looks nothing like it did under Nixon and the Bushes.

He’s been part of the plan for longer than we know.

Thank you for the reply. It kinda comforting to have other pedes show some light on the rift within the dem party.

He was a definitely strange choice but you cross the bridge when someone has good idea.
