Yes, all of the above. If you're a citizen paying taxes of any kind, including income taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, you name it. Sounds like there's a surplus. Ideal if citizens got some back, especially since it was earmarked for things we didn't ask or vote for (like this climate nonsense)
