Proselytizing is considered by many Christians to be a core tenant of their faith (go to all nations, baptizing, making disciples, etc). Christians can be jailed for talking to other people about their faith, which is not the same for Jews. Telling people they can believe what they want in the privacy of their own homes is better than nothing, but it is still religious oppression.

That's true in every country. But you can't be put in jail for sharing your faith in the US. You can in Israel.
