Yes, but the election also included federal offices, and she was protecting that election information as well, so the federal government could probably give her some kind of protected whistleblower's status and demand her release to their custody if they wanted to. The criminals running Colorado didn't just illegally delete state election data, they also deleted federal election data. They should all be prosecuted and thrown in federal prison.
