Hard to guess the location of that house. The story claims Nottinghamshire which could also be true. The style and brickwork is more likely Northern England which is generally a poor area. I don't live there I am in the South but we're only talking a few hundred miles. The flag thing has gone a bit viral and large numbers of British and English flags are visible in many places near me with no problem at all.
Sadly I don't believe this story - he would have had no trouble hanging a few flags same as here. Why would he be told "only Palestinian flags" it doesn't make sense. Also white people in those areas hate any painted brickwork because in the 1960s recent immigrants from Pakistan were especially fond of painting the whole front of the house in a solid colour; I guess they saw it as a way of brightening up a dull landscape but it did look hideous.
Finally if this is true then he has just trashed the resale value of his house, and if he were rich he would not be living there.
Verdict: fake.
EDIT
Maybe I am wrong I checked the fake news for that area and the story has even got into the national fake news. I was right about the neighbours being pissed off!
I have seen so many completely fake stories like this just aimed at getting people riled up. But seems this one is partly true (whatever true means these days). I still don't believe the Palestinian Flag bit.
