So, check out the plan as I see things:
ACTION PHASE 1: ICE operations ramp up immediately upon stepping into office. This removes the most dangerous and volatile illegal immigrants and cartel-affiliated ultra-dangerous criminals first.
ACTION PHASE 2: Media predictably kicks off a frenzied campaign of hysterics in response to ICE operations, Antifa is activated to protest ICE and hinder their operations by any means necessary. Of course, the full weight of the federal government can bulldoze right through this easily, but the goal isn't to use the insurrection act yet. The goal is to use ICE facilities as bait. With media freaking out about ICE, and Antifa directing all their attention to ICE, they can also engage phase 3.
ACTION PHASE 3: Keep arresting Antifa members one by one and pick rioters off over the course of a few weeks to months, drawing all the attention to ICE facilities which are the most well-guarded so that small businesses and private residences don't get trashed and burned. Who is gonna run out of money and manpower first, Antifa, or the feds? You don't need the insurrection act to protect federal buildings, and all the Antifa shock troops are showing up there of their own volition right now.
ACTION PHASE 4: While all this is going on, you're securing necessary court rulings to have stronger legal backing for mass layoffs of entirely corrupt departments, and firing people left and right, and cutting the strings on all the immoral and unlawful black projects weaponized against the American people, and installing non-corrupt people in their place.
ACTION PHASE 5: In the background, you're also interrogating the hell out of all these Antifa members you're rounding up, who are mostly overly eager idealistic college-age people who are way too soft to stomach the thought of actually serving 20 years in prison. These people are gonna be squealing and crying for mommy and daddy within days of being in custody and making any plea deals they can scramble for, pointing the fingers up the food chain at all the organizers.
ACTION PHASE 6: You're also investigating all the financials of all the organizations any of these people are shown to be affiliated with during this time, and where all that money comes from.
ACTION PHASE 7: Once you've spent a few months rounding up the most dangerous illegal aliens, and picking off Antifa agitators at a steady rate as they pick fights against ICE and around ICE facilities, then you've severely depleted their amount of shock troops in a war of attrition without ever even invoking the insurrection act. They've totally cut off the funding, and now they're just grinding them down and picking people off in a war of attrition that the feds will obviously win.
ACTION PHASE 8: Once all of the high profile bad actors are fired and are no longer in official positions of power, no longer have security clearances, no longer have any means of funding because the government purse strings have been cut, all their finances have been audited for funding terrorism, and they have no shock troops for back up because they're all deported or crying and squealing on them in jail, then the fun begins.
ACTION PHASE 9: RICO charges are unveiled and the whole organization, including Antifa leadership, corrupt government officials, corrupt NGOs that have been backing terrorism, the whole thing, is taken down at the macro level.
ACTION PHASE 10: America is great again. Time to party.
The Feds are not going to waste a great deal of resources going after the majority of foot soldiers. As much as we hate seeing the lawlessness, the Trump team's real focus is on the network funding and operations. The street violence is really the problem of the local authorities. If they are not willing to clean up their streets, that is on them - especially in places like Portland and Seattle. This is what their voters wanted, so it is what they got. There is virtually no cooperation between Federal and local State institutions, so why should Trump waste manpower and money to clean it up. I feel bad for the citizens there, but they continue to support these losers and bad policies.
None of this will stop until the head of that octopus is cut off. The Feds have their sights on the ring leaders and rounding some of them up; giving them enough rope to hang themselves is part of that strategy. Another reason they are not focusing on the average street thugs is due to the optics if something goes wrong. There is currently too much media coverage on the streets to take the chance of something blowing up and the left will take full advantage if something does. Any arrests will be very targeted and probably on the DL.

I have been in Portland many times throughout the years. Most of the people in Portland are progressives and pride themselves on being very open minded and permissive. All my friends from the area are far left. It is a haven for retired hippies. As beautiful as the place is, I couldn't handle the attitudes there. The east leans more conservative - just like CA. But like in many left leaning states, their main population centers drive the state's politics. So, I do believe that the voters there in Portland are getting what they wanted - anarchy.
The voters are the vote counters even in many conservative counties. The USA lost a true vote decades ago.
Can't "water board" them all at once. Drip ,drip ,drip ...flood.
I do not believe this is what the voters wanted. The cheating is so bad, the voters do not have a chance. Take away the voting machines and mail in ballots.
I cant speak for everyone there, but I have spent enough time in Portland to know that most of the people there are left. They pride themselves on being very progressive with a live and let live attitude - almost anything goes. That may not be the case in the eastern part of the state, but in Portland and many of the coastal areas they are way too progressive for my tastes. It is a breeding ground for wackos - lots of retired hippies and communists. So, the people there have been building up to this for years. They wanted anarchy, and now they got it.
It's a shame because the place is beautiful. I love it around the Columbia River and the Mt Hood area. Did a lot of camping there.
It is a campaign thing. People in DC can now go out. People are thanking Trump.
I want to see that on the west coast... I believe it will be soon. This all seems like part of the wake up process.

DC is a different situation. The capital is there and it is too close to the center. The West Coast however, is a different situation. The left kicked off there because it is a power base for them. They want Trump to expend resources and attention there. Most of them still don't want our help anyway - especially in the bigger urban centers. When the people there demand the Federal government to do something, then maybe things will be different. In the mean time, Trump should continue to protect Federal facilities and personnel - just like he is doing. It also gives them the opportunity to track down the real forces behind the unrest - the head of the octopus.
I trust what Trump is doing here. He is not taking the bait to bring down the hammer. He is doing what he needs to do to protect American interests from hostile forces trying to destroy us. The CCP has their dirty fingers all over in this. They want our military resources tied up to quell civil unrest. Their goal is to spread our military thin so they can make their own moves.
He is slow rolling it really well. At this point it is like a tsunami wave batter the shore.

Be patient my fren. Something this big must be handled with care. There is too much at stake. The tide against the CCP is turning. But, it will take time. We must locate the major tentacles of that octopus. They have had decades to imbed themselves - right under most people's noses. Move too soon, and it could blow up in our face. Moves and countermoves.
