Wouldn't it be better if Trump had the Navy wait until these narco boats move one nautical foot into USA waters? Blowing up or seizing ships and boats in international waters is what Israel and Yemen do.

I believe we’re at war with the narco cartel in Venezuela. We’re also at war with the government there that stole elections to get and keep Maduro in power.
