Most of my relatives are in PA. So I watch it a lot closer. Scranton and Erie have moved in the red direction. Leaving Philly, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh as the key source of blue votes. But with what Trump has done with the Steel Industry in Pittsburgh including that nice $5K bonus for everyone, I think Trump may have turned the Pittsburgh area red.
