Very interesting video. I saw another video online also that showed a similar catch of the projectile behind Charlie that correlates well with this, but it also showed a projectile from another camera coming down between Charlies legs towards the ground, rather than being caught in Charlies shirt. I give this video a high ranking towards the truth. He also explains the bang-crack from the supposed shooter on the roof.
