I always wondered why the leaders lie so easily and so often. Well, totalitarianism is built on lies. It's why they censor, cancel, etc. anyone telling the truth because only a little truth will tear down their wall of lies.

This leads to massive propaganda that completely overloads the followers to the point of mental illness.
