Yup, decorate the front of the house every year and dress up to hand out candy and sometimes hit up fam members house for a lil get together all dressed up.. we make our own costumes for selves and kiddo's lol usually. Chunk of years back even recorded my own projection clip special effects for window upstairs that I had on loop for Halloween.

Kids don't need candy. That is what is given out on Halloween. Just because something is given as a fun holiday tradition one day of the year, does not mean that other items, items that a child may need in life is not donated/given in general by many people all year long. That is like a Christian saying you dont need to pray all week since you go to church on Sunday.

Adults do dress up for Halloween and do various activities, mostly young adults. Just say what you are meaning to say instead of auto downplaying others comments? Of course you don't have to dress up to "give things to people" nor do I dress up on an average day?
