My experience was that i started to think about all of the ways i had ever been wronged in my life… and there was a lot!
every time someone let a door slam in my face, every time i waved at someone and they didn’t wave back, every time i got cut off in traffic, every time i got cut in line…
but then i started to think about all the ways i had wronged others in my life… and there was a lot!
what i found out was that your mind keeps track of all these wrongs, and each one of them gnaws at you forever, making you angry and bitter
but the flip side is that you know you inflicted all these wrongs on all these other people, who also dwell on them endlessly
In the end, i was a puddle of emotion, and felt as if i was being judged by an assembly of harsh critics,
and the lead critic explained to me, that my bad actions were fucking it up for everybody
And to illustrate the point, i imagined an orchestra making beautiful music,
That's pretty deep. And eye-opening. I've heard Disney's "Let It Go!" so many times that a concert by The Hecklers sounds fun. Thanks for sharing that.

The heckler was fucking it up for everybody
