Follow The Lord, not mans idea of what they think is trying to be said, read The Word, dont just let someone read it to you on Sunday, read it every day, everywhere you can. Spend time with Jesus, not with his earthy mother. Spend time with The Spirit which dwells inside us as believers, dont feel you need to go to another human (dead or alive) thinking they need to intercede in prayer when you have a direct line to all 3 in 1 because 1 sacrificed, put His life down for us, so we can no longer be slaves and be adopted into His kingdom.
Edit: This goes for everyone, if you only go on Sundays and dont really have a personal relationship with God that you then share with others. You are doing something wrong
