Other than potential flying devices/antigravity from ancient Indian accounts, I haven't found any "suspicious antiquitech" regarding the uses of mercury. As far as I've found, it was used in alchemy (AKA chemistry) and medicine, but nothing regarding ancient electrical conduction (as implied in your post).
In the case of the tower/masts what were they used for? I can't find anything related to "bell towers/cupolas" and the use of mercury or why that would be suspicious.

There was speculation that the mercury may have been holding Uranium oxide. While that is interesting with regards to the nuclear fuel and the potential for it's nuclear bomb program (which had links to Rockefeller and the US government, AKA the nazis and the government were colluding in nuclear bombs), that doesn't have anything to do with antiquitech. Why do you think it was more suspicious?

To reduce the signal from the noise, I'm not interested in information that doesn't provide any evidence but just makes claims. In my investigation, I've tracked down several sources (with hints of many others) that don't provide any actual evidence. Those sources are either created by the PTB (with direct links to the C_A e.g.) as a form of misdirection and discrediting. Those sources carefully craft unprovable claims that sound convincing to make earnest investigators look like idiots ("conspiracy theorists"). Without the evidential support that can convince others of the claims, they accomplish the opposite of their pretended intent (by design). Others sources (researchers acting in earnest) then come and parrot those claims without evidence, and become unwitting "true believers" that help increase the web of the Matrix.
Even more subtle however, are the researchers that give some quality evidence, and then mix in the unprovable claims as if they are of the same quality. Alex Jones is a perfect example of that, thought he is not the only one.
All of those sources of information work together to craft the box in which the truth hides in plain sight.
I must say I am very interested in the second variety of C_A asset like AJ and his version of "limited hangout". They do give good evidence and that is very useful, even if it is designed to be a misdirection. As long as you never trust someone, you can extract the good from the mixed bag by looking for corroborating evidence.

Not necessarily using mercury but there's evidence to suggest that Great Pyramid was an energy generator.
In more recent times, mercury was used in the plasma engines of antigravity craft. I think its usage has been replaced by other technology because mercury had the disadvantage of transmuting into gold, over time, reducing the efficiency of the engine and requiring a periodic cleanout.
