Keep in mind that this is the hard deadline for Q operation to end as well, as it is also a psyop - benign psyop - but psyop nevertheless

Hmmm... Maybe. Doesn't the act specifically pertain to the State Department and related materials?

Anyway, as far as I know, the 'Q operation' psyop halted many years ago now. This is distinct from the larger, restorational Plan.
