No, we haven't ended up in a war with Russia, yet, and the lockdowns are certainly over and in spite of some attempts to start a new epidemic panic that right now looks at the very least unlikely - there are news of something from time to time but so far they have all fizzled after a few weeks - but it's not all over yet either. There have been a lot of news in the Finnish press lately that seem to try and prime us for war, like that our government is going to practice functioning while in the bomb shelter prepared for them in the near future, I don't right now remember if that was going to be a week or two or only next month.
So the EU leadership at least is still trying to make that happen, looks like.
Although I suppose all that might at least in part be also an effort to keep the whole EU thing together, scaring the populace with the idea that yes, Russia is just waiting for its chance over there so unless we are all together as a part of NATO and working together as a unit in general they will surely come and invade us one by one... so don't even THINK of anything like trying to gain your whole independence as a sovereign country again, you peasants! Trust us!
You aren't in lockdown and Hillary / Obama did not get their nuclear war with Russia as they were planning.
It is not easy to defeat a millennia old cabal, but we've nearly done it.
