I also finally found a bread recipe that doesn’t feel like I am eating overcooked eggs and it tastes like a croissant! Lmk if you want the recipe 3 ingredients
Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and use the mixer to mix that in well.
Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream powder. only add a little at a time and fully mix it in.
The consistency should be very thick you dont want pancake mix unless you want to make pancakes. You want it to be pretty thick so it doesnt flatten.
Bake at 320 for 6 minutes, flip it, and another 6 minutes.
Done.
Keep in mind: Even though its carnivore and super low carbs, Its like around 100 - 260 calories per bun.
or another way to calculate it is: the total calories in the batch is 1300. divide that by the number of buns you make
